các bác cho em hỏi máy em bị virus :the instruction "0x62304390" referenced memory at"0x62304390" the memory could not be " read".
cứ mỗi lần thoát các trương trình đang chạy là lại hiện lên dong trên.Vậy có cách nào diệt được các bác hưỡng dẫn em với.

cài lại win và cài luôn trình diệt virút nữa là ok.

Mình nghĩ cái này là lỗi win chứ không phải là do virus.Mấy cái đĩa win lậu cài hay bị lỗi tùm lum như vậy

Đúng rùi đó kiếm cái đĩa xịn rùi cài và nhớ cài song là phải cài thằng virus lên nhé ;)

Bạn muốn tải về hả? Rất dễ,hãy vào http://free.grifsoft.com rồi bấm vào AVG Anti-virus free rồi bấm tiếp download ở cột Anti-virus free. Khi nào tải về xong bấm kép cho nó cài đặt vào máy, khởi động lại, bấm update chờ cho nó cập nhật xong thì tiến hành quét. OK?

Tải về thì đơn giản,nhưng soft anti-virus thì nên cài lúc vừa cài xong hệ điều hành.Chứ đến lúc virus lỗi tùm lum mà tìm cách cài và diệt thì thường không hiệu quả lắm :ohmy:

Máy tớ cũng đang bị cái này. Nhưng đó là sau khi chạy máy tính quá lâu và down nhiều, bình thường thì chẳng sao cả. Tớ cũng có quét virus nhưng chả thấy con nào.
Đó là lỗi của win thôi

Có thể nó cũng là lỗi Ram nữa đó, bạn mượn con Ram nào mới cắm vào chạy thử xem

mình lên google search và tìm đc rất nhiều thông tin về lỗi này.
1 ví dụ cho các bạn: I would start with Virus/Spyware scans. Be sure to update your Virus definitions first. (always a good place to start and quick to do).

As you didn't mention your OS I will assume you have Windows XP. However, all instructions will still work, just slightly different menu options.

Another quick attempt to resolve this would be to clear the temporary Internet files and the history cache.

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
4. Under History, click Clear History, and then click OK.
5. Clear the temporary Internet files and the history cache. To do this, click Clear History under History, click Yes, and then click OK.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.

Next I would move onto toolbars (Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, HotBar, etc.) Sometimes these plugin toolbars don't play nice with each other. They could also be corrupt or just poorly written. I'd remove them all and then reinstall only the ones your want. (sometimes spyware automatically installs toolbars on you)

1. Close all open Internet Explorer windows.
2. Open the Control Panel (Click on Start, Control Panel or Start, Run and type CONTROL then click OK)
2. Select Add/Remove Programs
3. Select a toolbar listed and then click Remove/Uninstall.
4. Repeat for each toolbar found and then Reboot.

This issue can also occur as a result of a corrupt index.dat file used by Internet Explorer.

To remove the history folder
1. Restart the computer.
2. Use a different account w/admin rights to log on to the computer.
3. Open Windows Explorer.
4. Locate the C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\History folder for the username you normally use.

Also - The Local Settings folder is a hidden folder. To view this folder, enable the Show hidden files and folders option in Windows Explorer. To do this, click the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options, click the View tab, enable the Show hidden files and folders option.

5. Right-click the History folder, and then click Delete.
6. When you are prompted to confirm the folder removal, click Yes.
7. Close Windows Explorer.
8. Restart the computer.
9. Log on to the computer as you normally do
10. Start Internet Explorer.
11. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
12. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
13. Restart Internet Explorer.

Lastly, I would try to scan for any corrupt files. There could be a corrupt dll or one replaced by another program which is being used by Internet Explorer.

1. Click Start, Run, Type "sfc /scannow" (w/out the quotes)
2. Click on OK and follow the prompts. (you may need your Windows CD for this)
3. When completed - reboot.

còn về chương trình diệt virus thì lên www.bkav.com.vn tãi bản free về xài cần gì mấy cái xa lạ anh bk nhà ta xài là ok rồi tui xài trước giờ sao đâu thường xuyên update là được

bạn không đọc kỹ sao.Trên đó đã nói rất kỹ về lỗi này và cách fix lỗi rồi.Đó là lý do vỳ sao 1 người học CNTT nên trau dồi kiến thức tiếng anh vốn có của mình.

đến 1 lúc bạn sẽ thấy bkav là như nào.Diệt cho vui là chính thôi,ko ăn thua.Gét nhất là những file nào có virus hoặc nghi có virus là cụ BK lại delete luôn.Thế này thì virus gọi bằng bố,trong khi các trình khác có cơ chế sửa các file lỗi lol
